Coffee Cure by LouLou is a new cafe set to hit the Valley soon. According to a City of Las Vegas permit, Coffee Cure by LouLou is expected to open at 1100 D St.
The address is home to shareWESTSIDE, a new five-story residential apartment building with 100-plus units located next door on the corner of D and Jefferson. The new development coming to the Historic Westside will come with a host of other retail and dining options. Coffee Cure by LouLou is slated to open alongside The Good Word Social Club.
At the helm of the development projects is the CEO of Cherry Development, Sam Cherry, along with partner and founder, Grant Garcia. What Now Las Vegas briefly spoke with Garcia, who shared a press release with further details.
The Good World Social Club is described as “a transformative project designed to strengthen community connections, support small businesses, and bring new energy to the Historic Westside neighborhood of downtown Las Vegas.”
The $8.7 million project is expected to open by the end of 2026.
A press release has yet to be issued for the new cafe. With no online presence or social media, there’s very little information available about Coffee Cure by LouLou. What Now Las Vegas reached out to Louvenia Daan, the owner listed on the permit, but did not hear back by the time of this publication.
It is suspected that Coffee Cure out of Arizona may be behind the West Las Vegas opening. But, there’s also Lou Lou Coffee Hub out of California. As we inch closer towards opening, we’re sure more information will come to light. So, keep your eyes open and your ears perked for the latest.
Coffee Cure by LouLou is anticipated to open in the new shareWESTSIDE development at 1100 D St by the end of this year.
