Sun Bowls is one of the newest exciting additions to Las Vegas’ dining and drink options. According to a Clark County permit, Sun Bowls is slated to open in the Silverado Ranch Plaza at 430 E Silverado Ranch Blvd, Suite 110.

The new eatery will be in good company. The tenants of the Silverado Ranch Plaza include a Walmart Neighborhood Market, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, UPS Store, and Rosati’s Pizza.

The space where the Sun Bowls will open has been vacant for some time, leaving the location ripe for the picking. The shopping center is near a host of retail and residential properties. No timeline or grand opening for Sun Bowls has been revealed just yet, but we’re told sometime this year.

At the helm of the Sun Bowls opening is Silvaerado Pizza LLC. The company also owns the Rosati’s Pizza in Silverado Crossing. Pedro and Monique Munoz run the LLC. What Now Las Vegas reached out to Munoz, but did not hear back by the time of this publication.

With no online presence, there isn’t a whole lot of information available about Sun Bowls. It is suspected that the new dining option will offer acai bowls, but that has not yet been confirmed.

But don’t fret. We’re sure the company will share more details via social media when those pages are developed and posted. So keep your eyes open and your ears perked for the latest on this exciting new development.

Sun Bowls is anticipated to open in the Silverado Ranch Plaza at 430 E Silverado Ranch Blvd, Suite 110, this year.
