A unique haircut experience is coming to the developing West Dearborn.
The newest Ace of Fades Factory hair salon and barber shop is planned for 23001 Michigan Avenue in the city, as the owners have just leased the space. It will offer many of the same hair touch-up services regular customers have come to expect. One of the owners, Ali Alwaily, told What Now Detroit the team does not have an opening date as construction is just beginning.
Ace of Fades currently is set up at 24619 W Warren Street in Dearborn Heights, and is a one stop shop for everything from trims, skin care and hair coloring. The space also features Ace Nutrition, a shop for healthy teas, shakes and even small bites like bagels. It has areas for lounging and a pool table as well.
“It’s more than a haircut–it’s a whole experience. From the vibe to the precision, we stay setting the standard every single day, says a recent Instagram post from the company.
The Dearborn Heights spot also has services like lashes, makeup and nail work, provided by Maya Harajli out of Garden City. Businessrate.com recently ranked Ace of Fades Factory the #1 barber shop in Dearborn Heights.
The new shop is coming to the Westborn Mall shopping plaza on the south side of Michigan Avenue. It joins other chains like Kroger, Staples and Marshalls. Red Olive Mediterranean restaurant is also at the plaza.
