Hamsa Mediterranean Grill is embarking on an expansion. According to a City of Las Vegas permit, the Kosher Certified elevated Middle Eastern cuisine brand is expected to open at 2101 S Decatur Blvd. It will be the brand’s second Las Vegas opening.
Hamsa Mediterranean Grill first entered the market last spring. LVP Food Service Concept LLC opened the eatery inside a convenience store on West Flamingo Road and South El Capitan Way.
“That’s going to be a strictly kosher kitchen,” Jeanette Davis, Senior Vice President of Operations at LV Foodservice Concepts, told What Now Las Vegas last January.
“The Chicken Shawarma, plus the family meal for Shabbat on Friday nights, those are our #1 and #2 biggest sellers.”
What Now Las Vegas reached out to Davis to try to find out more details about the upcoming Hamsa Mediterranean Grill opening, but did not hear back by the time of this publication. It is suspected that Hamsa will open before the end of the year.
The brand is known for several openings, including striking up a huge deal to open more than a dozen Bojangles’ eateries throughout the Valley. Along with LVP Restaurant Group, entrepreneur Lissette Amiel was at the helm of the huge expansion. Amiel and her husband Steven, are now embarking on opening the next Hamsa Mediterranean Grill.
What Now Las Vegas briefly spoke with the Amiels on the phone about the upcoming Hamsa opening. The Amiels confirmed the opening, but were unable to share further details by the time of this publication.
“Experience the flavors of Hamsa’s, an Israeli restaurant, delights Villagers with an elevated Middle Eastern cuisine,” the Hamsa Mediterranean Grill Facebook page reads.
Hamsa Mediterranean Grill is anticipated to open in the South Decatur Plaza at 2101 S Decatur Blvd before the end of 2026.
