Chilly Philly Ice & Bites is a new concept set to come to the Valley this year. According to a City of Las Vegas permit, the new mobile food trailer is set to operate out of the Trujillo Commissary at 5560 E Lake Mead Blvd.

At the helm of the new food truck set to hit Sin City soon is Charita BarnesWhat Now Las Vegas briefly spoke with Barnes about the upcoming opening. Barnes confirmed that the food truck would be opening soon, but was unable to share further details by the time of this publication.

Chilly Philly Ice & Bites will open at the Trujillo Commissary on Lake Mead Blvd. in good company. The hub for many of Las Vegas’ local food trucks is also home to El Taco Food Truck, Mz. Chicks Wings and Things and much more. Like Chill Philly Ice & Bites intends to do, many of the food trucks that operate out of the Trujillo Commissary also open right outside of the space and/or roam the streets of Las Vegas serving their good eats.

With no online presence or social media pages, there’s not a whole lot of information available about the new eatery. So, it is unknown if Chilly Philly Ice & Bites will take the same route, but we suspect you should see the mobile trailer roaming the streets of Las Vegas soon.

Keep your eyes open and your ears perked for the latest on this exciting new addition to the Las Vegas food scene.

Chilly Philly Ice & Bites is anticipated to open the mobile food trailer and operate out of the Trujillo Commissary at 5560 E Lake Mead Blvd sometime this year.
