Pats Patty’s is embarking on another opening. The smash burger joint is expected to open in Spring Valley within the Grand Flamingo Centre at 9701 W Flamingo Rd, Ste 2, according to a Clark County permit.
The permit was filed last spring. The brand announced on its Instagram page that it would be closing its Tropicana debut location at the beginning of this year and moving to Summerlin in March. But the Instagram page shows that Pats Patty’s was planning to open this summer.
What Now Las Vegas reached out to Pats Patty’s owner and founder, Chef Ryan Fox, to clear up more about the timeline and find out more details about the Tropicana closure and upcoming Spring Valley opening. But, unfortunately, Fox did not get back to us by the time of this publication.
“We have a lot of new things in store for this new location. We can’t wait to showcase what we have been working on,” the Instagram post announcing the Tropicana closure and upcoming opening reads.
“Pats Patty’s 2.0 is on the way! Thank you to everyone for your support! Stay tuned for some behind-the-scenes of what’s to come.”
A couple of weeks later, the page started soliciting applicants for its new store in Spring Valley, but no additional details about the upcoming opening have been shared since then.
The business originally launched as a mobile food truck concept serving gourmet smashed burgers to the local Las Vegas community. Following strong local reception and social media attention, they opened their permanent physical restaurant on Tropicana, specializing in Oklahoma-style Wagyu smash burgers.
The kitchen distinguishes itself by using 100% Snake River Farms American Wagyu beef for its patties. Their menu includes fries cooked directly in Wagyu beef fat alongside loaded specialty patty fries.
We’re sure that as we inch more towards opening, more will be revealed. So keep your eyes peeled and your ears perked for the latest on this exciting new development.
Pat’s Pattys is anticipated to open Spring Valley within the Grand Flamingo Centre at 9701 W Flamingo Rd, Ste 2, later this summer.
(This is a developing story. As more information is made available, we will update this article. Stay tuned!)
