Dunkin’ and Barbie have collaborated for a limited-time summer offering. A Manhattan Dunkin’ location has been transformed with a Malibu-inspired Barbie theme. Visitors can explore a Barbie-themed installation and the menu.
Dunkin’ Transforms NYC Store Into Barbie DreamHouse
Dunkin’ has upgraded a two-story Manhattan store into a “real-life Barbie DreamHouse experience.” The activation coincides with the launch of Dunkin’s summer beverage lineup. The limited-time menu includes several strawberry- and pink-themed beverages. The lineup also introduces Barbie Pink Strawberry Cold Foam, a new beverage topping. It is a creamy pink strawberry-flavored foam to add on top of beverages.
Located at 265 West 37th Street, the store features themed menu boards, pink décor, and specially decorated bakery items. Visitors can take photos with oversized Barbie-themed displays throughout the space. The installation will remain available for a limited time alongside the seasonal beverage launch.

The Pink Beverage Lineup
The Dunkin’ Barbie DreamHouse experience is paired with a menu of pink beverages. The drinks include limited-time options:
- Ultimate Pink Daydream Refresher
- Strawberry Cloud Matcha
- Almond Strawberry Shortcake Iced Coffee
- Strawberries & Crème Cloud Dunkalatte
The drinks are garnished with Barbie Pink Strawberry Cold Foam. The experience will be available for a short time this June. Fans can enjoy exclusive drinks and the Barbie setting.
