According to public filings, Snarf’s Sandwiches is set to open a new 2,550 square-foot location in Irving at 7601 N. MacArthur Blvd., Suite 105. Founded in Boulder, Colorado, in 1996 by Jimmy “Snarf” Seidel, the family-owned business has grown to nearly 60 locations across Colorado, Missouri, and Texas. What Now Dallas reached out to Snarf’s representatives for information regarding the opening timeline of the new location but had not received a response by the time of publication.

The brand is known for its oven-toasted, made-to-order sandwiches built with hand-sliced meats and cheeses, fresh vegetables, and house-baked bread available in white, wheat, and gluten-free varieties. Its menu features favorites such as The Italian, Prime Rib, French Dip, and NY Steak, along with fresh salads with homemade dressings, rotating soups, kid-sized subs, vegetarian and gluten-free options, and a full catering menu.

The Irving location will join two existing Dallas-area outposts at 14999 Preston Rd. and 11810 Preston Rd. as the chain continues its Texas expansion. The North MacArthur Boulevard address places the new restaurant within the Las Colinas corridor, one of Irving’s most active commercial districts.

According to the company’s press materials, each Snarf’s restaurant is designed to reflect its local community through custom décor, restored buildings, and mosaics and artwork created by Colorado artist Jen Haley.
