According to public filings, EBESU Robata & Sushi is expanding to Dallas. The restaurant is planning to open at The Central Park Pavilions, Building C, at 2766 North Haskell Avenue. Construction on the Dallas location is currently scheduled for completion in December 2026. However, project timelines are subject to change, and construction completion dates do not necessarily indicate when a business will open to the public.

The new location would mark the restaurant’s second outpost. EBESU opened its first location in Plano’s Downtown Arts District. The Plano restaurant, which opened in 2019, was introduced as the brand’s first U.S. outpost and a concept originating from Japan.

The restaurant offers a menu centered on sushi, sashimi, and robata-grilled dishes, a traditional Japanese charcoal-grilling technique that emphasizes high-quality ingredients cooked over open flames. EBESU also features a full bar program and a fine-casual dining approach, with higher-end pricing that reflects its concept. What Now Dallas reached out to representatives for EBESU, who declined to share additional details at this time.

Since opening, EBESU has become known for its sushi and robata offerings, establishing itself as part of Plano’s growing Japanese dining scene. The forthcoming Dallas location will further expand that presence in the North Texas market.
