“A new café experience is brewing,” says a post published to Instagram this spring by Bengaluru Cafe. With the full name Bengaluru Cafe by Amma’s Cuisine, the new restaurant will offer food with “the authentic taste of South India” at 16860 Focus Loop in Land O’ Lakes.

Serving up “pure vegetarian South Indian Goodness,” says another post, the restaurant will invite guests to “Experience the true taste of balance, a nourishing blend of carbohydrates and proteins from lentils, rice, grains, paneer, and fresh vegetables. From hearty lentil-based sambar to soft idlis and dosas, every dish is crafted for taste, health, and balance. Taste the tradition. Feel the energy! Fuel your day with the perfect mix of carbs and protein!”

Situated on the northeast corner of the intersection with Bexley Village Drive, Bengaluru Cafe by Amma’s Cuisine will join local businesses like Checkmate Escape Rooms, Headlines Barber Shop, and Bexley Nails and Spa, along with restaurants like Eggbred and BellaBrava.

The Bengaluru Cafe menu has yet to be released, but additional posts on the restaurant’s Instagram profile promise “Authentic South Indian specialties, Flavorful North Indian dishes, Delicious Chaats, Traditional Plantain Leaf Meals on Weekends, and Jain Food.”
