Crumbl Cookies, a U.S.-based cookie bakery known for its large cookies and rotating weekly flavors, is getting ready to open its first Quebec location in Brossard.

The company’s first Quebec location is scheduled to open in fall 2026 at Quartier DIX30, according to Silo57. While an exact opening date has not yet been announced, the new store will mark Crumbl’s continued expansion into Canada. Customers can expect Crumbl’s signature cookies, including rotating limited-time flavors, classic menu items, and the brand’s recognizable pink packaging.

Founded in Utah in 2017 by Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley, Crumbl Cookies began with a focus on creating what the founders considered the ideal chocolate chip cookie. The company opened its first location in Logan, Utah, before expanding through franchising across the United States and internationally. The brand has since grown into one of the largest cookie companies, with more than 1,000 locations worldwide.

The Brossard opening will introduce Crumbl’s concept to Montreal’s South Shore for the first time. Quartier DIX30 has become one of the region’s major retail and dining destinations, offering a mix of restaurants, shops, entertainment, and services. This will be an excellent landing space for Crumbl Cookies as the brand continues growing into new markets.

Crumbl’s menu changes weekly, with six rotating dessert options inspired by popular treats and flavors. Current limited-time offerings include Brownie Cheesecake, Cookie Butter Lava, and Funfetti, while the brand also keeps classic options such as its Milk Chocolate Chip Cookie, Pink Sugar Cookie, Brownie Batter Cookie, and S’mores Cookie available.

The company’s stores are designed around an open concept kitchen where customers can see cookies being mixed, prepared, and baked. Along with in-store ordering, Crumbl offers delivery, catering, and its signature pink cookie boxes, which have become closely associated with the brand. The upcoming Quartier DIX30 location will add another Canadian location as the company continues expanding beyond its U.S. roots.
