Pilates Addiction, the boutique fitness concept designed to deliver a full-body, low-impact workout focused on strength, control, balance, and flexibility, is coming to Keller. According to public filings, Pilates Addiction plans to open at 121 Rufe Snow Drive, Suite 117, within Keller Town Center.

What Now Dallas spoke with franchisees Kevin and Cami Dan Braber, a husband-and-wife team with deep roots in the Keller community, who shared that the studio is targeting an opening for October 2026, pending permits.

Pilates Addiction’s sessions are designed to maintain cardio throughout while accommodating a wide range of fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes, with class formats spanning higher-intensity workouts and recovery-focused stretching sessions.

For the Den Brabers, the decision to franchise with Pilates Addiction was rooted in a desire to bring something meaningful — and different — to the area. “We just thought it would be something great to bring something a little bit different than what’s already in Keller,” the Den Brabers told What Now Dallas.

The brand stood out for its upbeat, modern feel and its ability to cater to all fitness levels. “Everyone’s health journey is a little bit different,” Cami said. “Being able to make something that’s a little bit more personal for every individual, even if they’re all in the same class, is what draws you to it.”

Pilates Addiction’s reformer classes are designed to maintain cardio throughout the session while accommodating a wide range of abilities,  a format the Den Brabers experienced firsthand before signing on as franchisees. “It did kick our butts a little bit,” Cami admitted, “but that’s part of what really drew us to it.”

Beyond the workout, the couple is focused on building community. “I want everyone that comes in the door to feel welcome, feel special, and have fun,” Cami said. “The smaller studios — the friendships and accountability you get from that — is really what we are trying to do.”

Keller, a family-oriented suburb in Tarrant County known for its strong school districts and tight-knit neighborhoods, offers the kind of community the Den Brabers said they were looking for from the start.

The couple is also eyeing a future location in Uptown Dallas near SMU. What Now has previously covered the brand’s Texas expansion, including a new location opening in East Austin this summer.
