Pilates, Please is set to open in Houston. The pop-up class has finally secured its first brick-and-mortar, owner Yesenia Guzman announced via an Instagram post. The plan is to open this fall.

What Now Houston briefly spoke with Guzman, who confirmed the opening via Instagram. Unfortunately, Guzman was unable to share further details by the time of this publication.

“She’s official!” the Instagram post announcing the opening reads.

“Pilates Please is coming to Houston. A heated Pilates studio built with intention, community, and movement in mind. We can’t wait to welcome you in!”

According to various social media posts, construction is currently underway, and the permits have been issued. Unfortunately, an address is not yet listed. But we’re sure Guzman will announce the address on social media pages soon enough. So keep your ears perked and your eyes open for the latest.

What started as pop-up events throughout various communities and district spaces, such as 2416 Brazos St and 2902 E Aldine Amphitheatre Dr has taken on a life of its own and grown into a booming brand that’s inching closer towards opening its first hot studio.

Guzman is a pilates instructor for the women’s only studio, Bloom Society, which features heated and non-heated mat pilates fusion and an in-studio cafe. We suspect Pilates Please will offer the same, if not similar, pilates practices and offerings.

Pilates, Please is anticipated to open in Houston this fall.

(This is a developing story. As more information is made available, we will update this article. Stay tuned!)
