Dedicated to channeling traditional African healing for the modern urban lifestyle, Mama Dior is a juice bar and wellness shop being planned for 2236 Adam Clayton Powell Junior Blvd., at the corner of 132nd Street, in Central Harlem. Moving beyond the standard juice bar model, Mama Dior will also offer a range of wellness retail products sourced from Africa. What Now New York is currently in the process of gathering additional details from owner Elhadji Ndour regarding the interior design, an official opening date, and what neighbors can expect from the grand opening.

Mama Dior is a spin-off concept from SenAgro USA, a family-run, Black-owned importer and food service company dedicated to elevating African superfoods in the Western market. Operating with a core mission of social value, SenAgro prioritizes a fair-trade supply chain and sourcing directly from artisans and farmers across Africa. The company is based in New Jersey, and the upcoming Harlem shop represents a major retail expansion for the brand.
