Los Angeles-based Ten Five Hospitality is set to make its Nashville debut through a partnership with Pendry Nashville, where it will develop and operate three original food and beverage concepts at 30 Music Square West in the Paseo South Gulch district. The venues are expected to open with the luxury hotel in late 2027, according to a recent announcement.

According to a recent announcement, the culinary lineup will include a signature ground-floor restaurant, an all-day café and lobby bar, and a rooftop garden restaurant and bar adjacent to the hotel’s pool. While the concepts have not yet been named, they are being designed to offer distinct experiences from morning coffee through evening dining and cocktails.

“We are looking forward to collaborating with Ten Five Hospitality and building venues that are thoughtful, approachable, and designed to become part of the everyday fabric of Nashville,” Pendry Hotels & Resorts co-Founder Michael Fuerstman said in the announcement.

Founded in 2021 by Dan Daley and Kim Walker, Ten Five Hospitality has partnered on concepts including Mother Wolf, Ka’teen, Bar Lis, Desert 5 Spot, The Oak Room, and Bernadette’s, according to the company. The hospitality group also collaborates with chefs such as Evan Funke, Tim Hollingsworth, and Chad Colby.

Daley told the Nashville Business Journal that Nashville has been on the company’s radar for years and that the team plans to spend time learning from local operators and residents before finalizing the new concepts. Additional details, including the concepts’ names and menus, will be announced closer to the hotel’s opening.

Developed by SomeraRoad and TrestleStudio, Pendry Nashville will feature 180 hotel rooms and 146 branded residences, marking the luxury hospitality brand’s first property in Tennessee. The project is part of the growing Paseo South Gulch district, where the new concepts will join an expanding mix of restaurants, retail, and wellness destinations.

WhatNow Nashville reached out to Kim Walker, co-founder of Ten Five Hospitality, and will provide updates on the concepts’ names as they become available.
