An all-day café and restaurant known for its signature pink interior is bringing its luxury-inspired dining experience to Pennsylvania with its first location in the state.
Pink Pistachio Cafe, owned by Ishrat Ilyas, is set to debut at 34 E. 3rd St. in Bethlehem later this summer or in early fall, WFMZ reported.
The Bethlehem location will mark the eatery’s third, joining existing cafés in Somerset, New Jersey, and Grandview Heights, Ohio. Another New Jersey location is also planned for Fairfield.
Pink Pistachio Cafe offers an all-halal take on classic American fare, serving everything from avocado toast, pancakes, omelets and yogurt granola bowls to baked ziti, Wagyu beef burgers, lamb chops and ribeye steaks.
The café also embraces its namesake with pistachio-forward menu items, including the Knafeh Crepe featuring pistachio cream, Nutella, crushed pistachios, graham cracker crumbs and knafeh, plus pistachio French toast finished with Nutella, mascarpone, pistachios and strawberries.
Alongside its food menu, Pink Pistachio Cafe serves classic coffee and espresso drinks, mushroom coffee, assorted teas and colorful virgin mojitos in a variety of flavors, with many beverages featuring eye-catching garnishes and vibrant presentations designed to be as visually appealing as they are refreshing.
