The clothing and jewelry chain continues to stay in the suburbs with their new project.
The Chicagoland boutique Jayne is setting up shop at 124 N York Street in Elmhurst this year, from recent social media posts. This will be the company’s newest location, selling many of the same tops, shoes and bags many have shopped for at their stores. Founder and CEO Craig Cohen told What Now Chicago the team is hoping to open the new location on September 1.
Jayne initially opened in 2013 in Forest Park, close to Madison Street Shoes which Cohen also owns. The chain also operates in La Grange, Glen Ellyn, Highland Park, Geneva, Oak Park and Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. Jayne has been wanting to enter the Elmhurst market for a while.
Those shopping at Jayne can choose from their many tops, including tees and tank tops, blouses, sweaters and sweatshirts. Dresses, jeans, skirts, shorts and jumpers are also available. All of their jewelry, eyewear, belts and more are listed on their website.
Jayne will open in the heart of downtown Elmhurst, next to Buckingham Pilates and French Cuts. Modern Plate restaurant is right across the street, next to Sushi Time. The Elmhurst Metra station is a short walk south of the storefront.
More information on Jayne and the future opening can be found on their Instagram @jayneboutique.
