This August, a new restaurant is opening in Port St. Lucie that will serve up authentic regional Italian food.
“We’re going to have a wide selection of fresh pastas, all homemade here at the restaurant,” Chef Luca Corleone told What Now on Friday. “We will have all the traditional Roman dishes, carbonara, Cacio e Pepe.”
Served in a space Chef Luca describes as elegant and contemporary, Ristorante Chef Luca Corleone will be serving an Italian-Italian menu, as opposed to Italian-American dishes like spaghetti and meatballs or fettuccine Alfredo.
“The inspiration was that I wanted to bring genuine regional cuisine,” says the chef, who brings 15 years’ experience in the industry to the table. “It’s authentic Italian food that spans all across the 20 regions of Italy.”
Opening at 12495 SW Community Blvd, Ristorante Chef Luca Corleone will join the Publix-anchored Riverland Town Center.
Get ready to “Experience Italy’s regional cuisines through thoughtfully prepared dishes, attentive service, and a welcoming atmosphere“!
