A new family-owned and -operated dinner is preparing for launch in Rockledge. Gump’s Golden Griddle will be a place for “Good Food, Good People, Good Times – That’s the Gump’s Way!” says an image posted on the restaurant’s Facebook page.
“Welcome to Gump’s Golden Griddle!” says the description in the restaurant’s profile. “We are so excited to share with you what we are working on. We are a family owned diner and have been in the industry 15+ years. We strive to give our locals the best quality food for the best price.”
Opening at 200 Barton Boulevard, Gump’s Golden Griddle will join a retail center that is already home to restaurants like New Hong Kong Restaurant and Taco Bell, along with a soon-to-open Spirit Halloween retail store.
What Now reached out on Friday to owner Kyle Gump to ask about plans for the launch. Gump was not immediately available to comment on the news.
