Luis’s Kitchen is planning a new opening. According to a Clark County permit, the Mexican-inspired eatery is expected to open in the Winchester neighborhood, inside The Boulevard at 3542 S Maryland Pkwy Unit FC6.
The new Luis’s Kitchen will open in good company. The address is specifically around the El Mercado section. The area has a host of eateries, including Sabor a Mexico and Mariscos Los Cabos.
At the helm of the opening is Luis Mencos Gatica. What Now Las Vegas briefly spoke with Gatica, who confirmed the opening and shared that he intends to open this summer, barring permitting. Unfortunately, Gatica was unable to share further details by the time of this publication.
Luis’s Kitchen officially started serving the Las Vegas Valley in June of this year, following an earlier soft opening rollout last December last year. Located inside Mr. G’s Pub & Grub at 3342 Sandhill Road, the establishment operates as a 21+ bar and restaurant combo. Specializing in a unique multi-cultural fusion, Luis’s Kitchen offers homemade Italian, Guatemalan, and Mexican dishes, including house favorites like Lasagna Romana and Tacos al Pastor.
“You’ll find the authentic taste of food at Luis’s Kitchen Restaurant,” the brand’s Instagram page reads in Spanish.
“Ask about the daily specials! A variety of traditional Guatemalan dishes.”
Luis’s Kitchen does not yet have a website. However, the menu is listed on the website. Luis’s Kitchen offers everything from sandwiches to hot dogs and Guatemalan dishes like pollo en crema.
Try it all out for yourself when the new Luis’s Kitchen opens in the Winchester neighborhood, inside The Boulevard at 3542 S Maryland Pkwy Unit FC6 this summer.
