Everbowl is preparing to expand its San Antonio footprint with a new location in Alamo Ranch, according to a permit recently filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

The upcoming restaurant is planned for 5619 W. Loop 1604 N., Suite 117, where the project will involve a 1,100-square-foot commercial interior remodel of an existing space. Jose Leiva confirmed to What Now San Antonio that he is the franchise co-owner, alongside Raquel Leiva, of the upcoming location but declined to provide any additional details about the project.

According to the filing, construction is scheduled to begin on September 7, 2026, with completion targeted for November 18, 2026.

The permit lists the scope of work as an interior remodel that includes new drywall, flooring, cabinetry, countertops, electrical, plumbing, ceiling grid and interior finishes. The project is privately funded. Purely CBD of Alamo Ranch is listed as the property owner, while WEBUILD GLOBAL LLC is serving as the design firm.

Founded in 2016, Everbowl is known for its build-your-own açaí bowls, smoothies and superfood-based menu inspired by fresh, nutrient-rich ingredients. The California-based brand has continued expanding across the country with locations focused on promoting healthy, convenient eating.

What Now San Antonio reached out to Everbowl for additional details regarding the upcoming Alamo Ranch location, including what guests can expect and the anticipated opening timeline. This article may be updated as more information becomes available.
