South Korea-based bakery café chain Paris Baguette is preparing to open its first Williamson County location at McEwen Northside, 4020 Aspen Grove Drive, Franklin, according to a recent Nashville HQ Instagram post. The upcoming café will expand the brand’s presence in Middle Tennessee, where it already operates locations in The Gulch and Murfreesboro.
Founded in Seoul in 1988, Paris Baguette has grown to more than 4,000 locations worldwide and offers artisan breads, pastries, cakes, sandwiches, salads, coffee, and other café fare, according to the company’s website.
The Franklin café will mark the brand’s first Williamson County location and supports Paris Baguette’s previously announced goal of growing to 1,000 U.S. cafés by the end of the decade, according to the company.
Photos shared by Nashville HQ show construction progressing at the McEwen Northside space, with “Coming Soon” signage already installed. While Paris Baguette has not announced an official opening date, the post indicates the bakery café is expected to welcome its first customers in August or September.
The Franklin opening will give residents another destination for freshly baked pastries, cakes, sandwiches, and coffee while continuing the international brand’s steady expansion across Middle Tennessee.
