The Village, a private women’s social club, is planned for downtown San Antonio at 723 S. Flores St., according to Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) project records.
The project, listed under TDLR number TABS2027000929, calls for the renovation and adaptive reuse of an existing 11,077-square-foot commercial building. The project has an estimated construction cost of $600,000.
Plans call for a minor interior remodel and the conversion of the existing space into a private women’s social club. The scope of work includes a new commercial kitchen and bar, interior reconfiguration, and infrastructure upgrades.
Construction is scheduled to begin October 1, 2026, with completion expected by January 15, 2027. The project is privately funded, with the tenant providing the funds.
According to project records, ZAZA FLORES DEVELOPMENT LLC is listed as the property owner, with Jason M. Davis as the owner contact. Ford Powell and Carson Architects and Planners is listed as the design firm.
An exact opening date for The Village has not been announced.
