JetSet Pilates is planning a new location at Stone Oak Mercantile, with franchise owner Josh Berger preparing to bring the boutique fitness concept to San Antonio’s Stone Oak area.
The new studio is planned for 20135 Stone Oak Pkwy. in San Antonio, TX 78258, where a 2,000-square-foot tenant finish-out is planned for a first-generation space. The project is listed under Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) number TABS2027000890.
According to TDLR project records, the renovation has an estimated cost of $285,000 and is privately funded. Construction is scheduled to begin November 1, 2026, with completion expected by February 15, 2027.
The scope of work calls for a tenant finish-out for a fitness concept. Josh Berger confirmed to What Now San Antonio that he is the franchise owner behind the upcoming location and is listed as the tenant contact in the project records.
The new studio will bring JetSet Pilates’ boutique Pilates concept to the Stone Oak Mercantile development. The studio will occupy approximately 2,000 square feet.
Canyon Golf JV Developers Ltd. is listed as the property owner, while Design Parameters LLC is identified as the design firm. Doug W. Martine is listed as the registered accessibility specialist and the person filing the project.
Construction is scheduled for completion by February 15, 2027. An exact opening date for the new JetSet Pilates location has not yet been announced.
