Slice House Tracy is set to open on November 21 at 2050 Ellis Town Drive, Suite 115, in Tracy, according to franchisee Ratika Tyagi, who confirmed the date directly to What Now Sacramento. State filings show the license is held by Holy Pepperoni LLC, with Tyagi listed as manager alongside partner Ranjan Bhasin.

The fast-casual pizza concept comes from Tony Gemignani, a 13-time World Pizza Champion based in San Francisco, known for offering New York, Sicilian, Grandma and Detroit style slices and whole pies, along with gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian options. Gemignani launched Slice House’s national franchise program in 2022, and the brand has since grown to more than 140 locations open or in development across states including California, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Arizona, Texas, Idaho and Tennessee, with a recent four-unit development agreement extending the concept into Oregon as well.

Variety has become the brand’s calling card, giving customers access to Gemignani’s different regional pizza styles under one roof rather than sticking to a single format, a model the company has leaned on heavily in pitching itself to prospective franchisees. Steady growth has continued even as some competitors in the fast-casual pizza space have pulled back, with the chain leaning on the credibility of Gemignani’s name and decades of pizza world championship wins to draw new owners.
