Joe & The Juice is opening its first Sacramento-area location at 563 Pavilions Lane, inside the Pavilions shopping center in Arden-Arcade, according to the retail center’s website and a Monday Instagram post confirming the addition. No firm opening date has been announced yet, though the listing is already active as a confirmed upcoming tenant.
Founded in Copenhagen, Denmark, in 2002, Joe & The Juice has grown into a global chain with more than 500 stores across a mix of franchised and company-owned locations. The menu centers on juices, smoothies and coffee drinks, paired with food options like sandwiches, muffins and breakfast bowls, positioning the brand as a fast, health-leaning alternative to a typical coffee shop.
Company messaging on its own website describes its ambition to become “a truly global food and beverage brand, combining disciplined growth with a strong focus on culture, experience and operational excellence,” a framing that lines up with its steady march into new U.S. markets in recent years.
Pavilions span 76,738 square feet along the Fair Oaks Boulevard retail corridor, with existing tenants including Ruth’s Chris Steak House, Madam Butterfly and Athleta. The center has seen notable movement recently: Williams Sonoma relocated earlier this year to a new spot at 581 Pavilions Lane, and its former space at 525 Pavilions Lane has since been split into two units, with a 2,400-square-foot portion at 525A already marked coming soon and a remaining 7,175-square-foot space still listed as available.
