Delivery-first concept plans North Lamar site amid rapid statewide expansion. According to public filings, Wonder plans to open a new food hall at 4615 N. Lamar Blvd., Unit 301, inside The Triangle development in Austin.

Wonder operates as a delivery-first food hall that brings together multiple restaurant concepts and celebrity chef partnerships under one roof, including offerings from Bobby Flay, José Andrés, and Marcus Samuelsson. Customers can order from multiple concepts in a single order and receive everything together under one bill.

Permitting records list a construction completion date of April 2027. However, dates listed in public filings are not always definitive.

The Triangle project adds to Wonder’s rapid expansion in Austin, which What Now Austin has tracked closely.

What Now Austin previously reported on the brand’s broader Texas expansion, when Wonder North America CEO Tony Hoggett said the company was “excited to enter Texas and introduce more people to what makes Wonder unique,” including chef-crafted menus, variety, and convenience.

What Now Dallas reported on a planned Waco location inside Tinsley Square, noting that the brand had already announced plans for more than 100 Texas locations by the end of 2027 across Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, and San Antonio.
