BlueWave Express Car Wash is planning a new facility at 333 Valley Hi Drive in San Antonio, according to records filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).
The project, listed under TDLR number TABS2026019395, involves new construction of a car wash facility with an estimated cost of $1.25 million. The proposed development will span approximately 4,696 square feet, with construction scheduled for completion in January 2027, according to the filing. The project’s review was marked complete in May 2026.
BlueWave Express Car Wash operates locations throughout Texas, including several in the San Antonio area. According to the company’s website, its existing local locations include sites on Blanco Road, Culebra Road, Broadway Street, Boerne Stage Road and Southwest Military Drive. The company also lists an additional location planned for Blanco Road.
The car wash brand offers vehicle-washing services and membership options for customers who want to wash their vehicles regularly. Its broader Texas presence includes communities such as Laredo, Cibolo, Del Rio and Eagle Pass.
The planned Valley Hi Drive facility would add another location to the company’s San Antonio footprint. However, the TDLR filing provides a projected construction timeline rather than a confirmed public opening date.
