Texas Nail Bar is planning a new location in Jarrell, Texas, according to a project filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).

The proposed salon is listed at 158 County Road 313, Suite 202, within the Junction 313 development in Jarrell. The project, registered under number TABS2027003618, covers 2,050 square feet and carries an estimated construction cost of $100,000.

According to the filing, work is scheduled to begin November 1, 2026, with completion targeted for March 1, 2027. Although the project is categorized as new construction, its scope of work is listed as a remodel. The filing identifies UnitedTex LLC as the property owner and David Nguyen as the tenant.

The project also lists Nguyen Chau Designer & Consulting as the design firm, with Brandon Quimbey identified as the registered accessibility specialist associated with the filing.

Texas Nail Bar’s specific services, ownership background and connection to other salons using similar names have not been independently confirmed for this Jarrell location. Nail salons commonly offer services such as manicures, pedicures and nail enhancements, but the upcoming business’s menu of services has not yet been announced.

The proposed salon would be located in Jarrell, a growing Williamson County community north of Austin. Its position within the Junction 313 development could serve residents in Jarrell and surrounding communities, although the business’s target clientele and operating plans have not been confirmed.

The TDLR filing provides a projected construction timeline but does not establish an official opening date. Further details about the salon’s design, services, hours and grand-opening plans have not been announced.

WhatNow reached out to Texas Nail Bar for additional information about the planned Jarrell location but had not received a response at the time of publication. This article will be updated as more details become available.
