A Cape Coral-based ice cream food truck is preparing to open a brick-and-mortar in Sanibel.

Crooked Cow Creamery, which serves up ice cream served “spiked or sober,” has submitted plans for a new restaurant at 2330 Palm Ridge Rd, Unit 9.

“At Crooked Cow, we don’t do bland,” says the Crooked Cow website. “We do brain-freeze-inducing, finger-licking, what-the-heck-was-that-flavor desserts that’ll make your sweet tooth sing …and maybe cry a little (in a good way).”

The menu starts with off with non-infused Classic Flavors like the vanilla Ice Ice Baby and the mint-chocolate-chip Chip Happens and Specialty Flavors like Sea Monster (White cake base ice cream with chunks of cookie dough and cookies and cream) and Great Malt Balls of Fire (Salted Caramel based ice cream with dark chocolate chips, and crushed malt balls).

Then things get “crooked.” There are THC-infused flavors like Devil Rebel Swirl (vanilla ice cream with red raspberry and chocolate swirl with chocolate chips… plus something else that’s also pretty cool mixed on in), CBD-infused flavors like Wonka-Licious Waterfalls (if Chocolate ice cream with CBD mixed in is what you’re looking for…then you’ve found your golden ticket!).

Finally, you have Alcohol-Infused flavors like The Cow’s Chocolate Martini (Coffee Liqueur with Coffee Espresso base ice cream with chocolate covered espresso beans, chocolate chips with a sea salt fudge swirl), the Western Cow’s Moonshine (Whiskey ice cream with crushed peanut butter cups and a peanut butter swirl), and the Nutty Irish Cow (Almond Liqueur ice cream with a cinnamon sugar vanilla).
