Hollister is planning construction work at its existing retail space at Cherry Creek Shopping Center, according to a City and County of Denver permit record. The documents describe an interior renovation of the store, located at 3000 E. First Ave., Unit 291, but do not specify exactly what changes will be made.
Records show the project will involve demolition and new construction, along with associated mechanical and electrical work. It does not establish a construction start date or a completion date.
Building plans associated with the project were approved on October 22. The permit notes a gross floor area of 6,481 square feet and a project valuation of $16,180. Patrick Pineda is listed as the applicant, and Temple Hoyne Buell Foundation as the property owner.
The renovation comes as Cherry Creek Shopping Center is also slated for broader property improvements. Earlier this year, 9NEWS reported that mall owner Simon planned more than $250 million in redevelopment investment, a portion of which will go towards updates at the mall.
