The Tennessee-based company is looking at new areas of Florida to set up shop.
A new ModWash location is listed for Miami as “coming soon” this year. It would join the 25 washcenters currently operating in the Sunshine State. CEO Karen Hutton told What Now Miami the team will soon have a groundbreaking ceremony, and are hoping to open sometime next spring.
ModWash has centers around Florida in cities like Clearwater, Daytona Beach, Orlando, St. Petersburg and Tampa. The concept first opened in 2020 in Lexington, North Carolina and has since expanded to 134 operating locations around the U.S. This is their first venture into the Miami area, with the nearest center being in Cocoa.
Locations offer wash services like graphene protection, tire shine, spot free rinses, wheel brightening and triple foam conditioner. Both single and unlimited washes are available, with a family plan as well. Prices are available on the company website.
What Now Miami is awaiting an official address for the new location, and this article may be updated.
