With 12 locations already open in Las Vegas and Henderson, sandwich chain Jersey Mike’s is set to open yet another, this time in the Enterprise area. A building permit application filed recently with Clark County details a renovation with an estimated budget of $297,000 at 7959 Blue Diamond Rd.
The sandwich chain is familiar nationwide, with more than 2,000 locations spread out over almost all fifty states. It offers a variety of sandwiches with fresh ingredients, with meat sliced to order and fresh bread baked daily in-store.
Jersey Mike’s menu revolves arounds a selection hot and cold subs. Hot options include the Portabella Cheesesteak, with peppers, onions, and white American cheese; the Big Kahuna Cheese Steak, which adds jalapeños and extra cheese to the mix; and Mike’s Chicken Philly. The selection of cold subs gives guests choices like the Original Italian, the Cancro Special (“All natural oven roasted top rounds and provolone, perfectly complemented with a layer of pepperoni), and Tuna Fish.
The meal can be rounded out with several sides, drinks, desserts, and combo options, as well as a kids’ menu. Jersey Mike’s also offers catering services.
The Blue Diamond Rd location is near the intersection with S Buffalo Dr, near a number of other restaurants and retail shops. Eateries to be found nearby include L&L Hawaiian Barbecue, El Luchador Mexican Kitchen & Cantina, and China a Go-Go.
What Now Las Vegas was unable to reach a representative of Jersey Mike’s for comment. No opening date for the new location has been announced.
