The largest supermarket chain, Walmart will have stores across the country open on New Year’s Day 2025. All the stores in Atlanta city and the greater Atlanta area will open. The grocery stores, pharmacies, bakeries, and delis shall serve customers.

Store Hours: Normal Business Hours. Typically 6 AM to 11 PM for supercenters and 6 AM to 9 PM for Neighborhood Markets. 

Kroger

For those, Kroger is the go-to supermarket, they will find the shop open on New Year’s. The stores across Atlanta will be open to serve customers. Whether it be for groceries, medicines, or gas, Kroger will have it covered.
