Land currently occupied by Moe’s Southwest Grill, at 863 Ponce de Leon Avenue, could soon be home to a 45-unit condo building.
A rezoning application was recently submitted by Kevin Maher of Place Maker Design to the City of Atlanta for the proposed condos on behalf of client C4 Developers.
The Atlanta Business Chronicle last week first uncovered the plans (paywall).
Several real estate listings have already been created promoting the Poncey-Highland residential project, including on the website Highrises.
863 Ponce would offer a mix of one- and two-bedroom condos ranging in price from $299,000 to $359,000, according to the listings.
The Freedom Park Trail-adjacent project would also include 1,800 square feet of commercial space.
Representatives for Place Maker Design and C4 Developers were not immediately available for comment when reached by What Now Atlanta Monday.
Developing…
Looking forward to learning more about this project. Ponce is going to be a congested madhouse.
Wonder if this will be allowed now that the PHNA has filed for all of PH to be a historic district with strict regulations about height and density, not to mention design/style/building materials/etc. Check it out N-19-432/D-19-432
