A new location of City Barbeque is planned for Woodstock, according to plans filed in the city.
The fast-casual restaurant would come to a vacant parcel along Highway 92, near the intersection of Fitchburg Drive. It’s the last parcel remaining in front of the Addison Pointe townhome development, according to the city of Woodstock.
The City Barbeque would be about 3,800 square feet with a drive-thru lane and a patio for outdoor dining.
City Barbeque currently operates three Georgia locations in Decatur, Johns Creek and Sandy Springs, according to its website.
Another location is planned for Snellville, What Now Atlanta reported in July.
The Ohio-based restaurant chain is focused on fueling its growth with drive-thru locations, CEO Mike Muldoon told Columbus Business First in June.
Every City Barbeque location has three smokers on site and offers smoked chicken, ribs, pulled pork, brisket and more. It also serves homemade sides and desserts.
