Atlanta restaurateur Matt Wachlin, who has owned bakery-cafe Blue Eyed Daisy in Chattahoochee Hills since 2020, has a new concept on the way to the Town at Trillith. Harvest & Grace will open as a fast-casual neighborhood cafe this fall, according to a release.
Wachlin, who has three decades of experience in the hospitality industry, including roles at Buckhead Life Restaurant Group, Here to Serve Restaurants and Castellucci Hospitality Group, will draw on his childhood experiences growing up on a family farm to bring the concept to life. The menu will focus on fresh ingredients, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as specialty coffee and Sunday brunch.
“Harvest & Grace is more than a restaurant — it’s an everyday gathering place where neighbors can connect over thoughtfully prepared meals, morning coffee, family dinners and weekend brunches,” Wachlin said in the release. “Whether you’re grabbing coffee before work, meeting friends for lunch, enjoying dinner with family or simply looking for a welcoming place to relax, we want Harvest & Grace to feel like your neighborhood table.”
The menu will center around American classics, ranging from biscuits and gravy to sandwiches and avocado toast. There will be vegetarian and gluten-free options.
The restaurant’s design will aim to provide a warm atmosphere with a spacious outdoor patio and pet-friendly amenities such as water stations and leash tie-downs.
