JINYA Ramen Bar Makes Buford Debut

JINYA’s Buford restaurant marks the fifth in Georgia for the ever-growing chain and 44th systemwide.

JINYA Ramen Bar is now serving ramen in Buford. The Japanese restaurant chain opened its doors on Wednesday, Dec. 1, according to a recent announcement.

Situated in the Exchange at Gwinnett, at 2925 Buford Drive, Bldg. #1205, the new JINYA restaurant is now slinging its ramen made with a thick, rich broth that has been slowly simmered for 20 hours.

“We’re beyond excited to officially open our doors to the Buford community,” James Wang, the location’s franchisee, said in a prepared statement. “There’s nothing like JINYA’s contemporary Japanese dining experience in the area, and we look forward to quickly establishing the brand as the go-to destination for enjoying perfectly balanced bowls…”

JINYA’s Buford restaurant marks the fifth in Georgia for the ever-growing chain and 44th systemwide. JINYA Buford is open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.

JINYA’s ramen is served with an array of toppings, from pork chashu to poached eggs to fresh garlic. There are also tapas and craft beer to round out its food offerings.
