A new shopping option could be coming to Buckhead.

According to a building permit application with the City of Atlanta, a “dress shop” called Moosh is planned for a space at 2333 Peachtree Road NE. The 870-square-foot space, located at the Peachtree Battle shopping center, was formerly occupied by a shoe repair shop. Peachtree Battle is operated by Branch Properties.

Moosh is a clothing boutique located in Virginia-Highland at 1037 North Highland Avenue Northeast. Julie Paktracy and Roya Wolverson opened the shop in 2021, featuring apparel and other items that explore “unique and emerging styles from local and international designers,” leaning into modern nostalgia.

“Inspired by the nostalgia of yesteryear, we believe authentic style, elegance, and comfort go hand in hand and take time to cultivate,” according to the boutique’s website. “Our mission is to help you discover what looks and feels uniquely irresistible on you.”

Moosh features women’s clothing, shoes and accessories, as well as apparel and toys for babies and children.

It’s not yet clear if the Buckhead store is an expansion of the store or a relocation.

The Virginia-Highland store is open 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday and 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday.
