Dairy Queen to Build Lakeway Spot

Texas favorite Dairy Queen will soon be building up a new location in Lakeway, according to recent public records. The restaurant will be located at 229 Ranch Road. 

Costing an estimated $1,741,447, the restaurant will be around 2854 SF and a brand new ground-up construction. 

“International Dairy Queen Inc., (IDQ), headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota, is the parent company of American Dairy Queen Corporation and Dairy Queen Canada, Inc,” the official website states. 

“Through its subsidiaries, IDQ develops, licenses and services a system of more than 7,500 locations in 20 countries. IDQ is a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway Inc., which is led by Warren Buffett, the legendary investor and CEO of Berkshire.”
