Mendocino Farms, the Southern California-born fast-casual restaurant chain known for turning sandwiches, salads, and chef-driven catering into an unexpected culinary adventure, continues its Texas growth with the opening of its third Austin location at 1100 South Lamar Boulevard, Suite 1125, Austin, Texas 78704. The New location opened on September 22. The opening follows strong debuts at Arbor Trails and West 38th Street, and adds to a Texas footprint that has grown to 14 restaurants statewide. This marks location number 102 nationwide, with more on the way.
Mendocino Farms continues to elevate the local fast-casual scene, pairing high-quality ingredients with bold flavors and signature hospitality. As the brand’s third Austin destination, guests can enjoy staples like the “Not So Fried” Chicken Sandwich, The Farm Club, and the Happy Hippie, alongside seasonal standouts such as the charred Fajita Steak Salad and the returning fan-favorite Seasonal GOAT Salad with Pink Lady Apples.
