A brand known for brewing beverages and cultivating kindness is heading to the Texas Hill Country. According to public filings, 7 Brew Coffee plans to open at 606 S. Key Ave. in Lampasas, with a construction completion date targeted for July 2027. The project would be operated by 7Crew Enterprises LLC, the Lubbock-based franchisee behind several 7 Brew locations across Texas.
7 Brew is a drive-thru-only coffee stand, where Brewistas come directly to the customer’s car window to take orders and deliver drinks in roughly three minutes. The menu spans espresso drinks, cold brew, energy drinks, Italian sodas, and other specials, with more than 20,000 possible flavor combinations, all fully customizable by milk type, sweetness level, and flavor shots.
Founded in Rogers, Arkansas, in 2017, 7 Brew has expanded by more than 4,000% since 2022, growing from 14 locations to more than 700 stands across 38 states, with Texas leading all markets, according to QSR Magazine.
7Crew Enterprises is the second-largest 7 Brew franchisee in the country. In 2025, the company secured a majority investment from Franchise Equity Partners to accelerate its development of more than 200 new stands across Texas, Florida, Oklahoma, and New Mexico, according to a company press release.
The Lampasas location would mark one of 7 Brew’s westernmost reaches into the Texas Hill Country, bringing its drive-thru model to a community of roughly 7,000 residents along U.S. Highway 281 between Austin and Abilene.
