Lucky Lab Coffee Co. is expanding into Pflugerville. The new location will open at 1900 E. Howard Lane, Building F, Unit 1. According to public filings, construction is scheduled to end by October 30, 2026, and the Pflugerville location will be 1,303 square feetWhat Now Austin reached out to Co-Founder and CEO Courtney Hutton but did not receive a response by press time.

The coffee concept is known for its dog-friendly culture, with cafés and snacks designed for both people and their pets to feel at home. The business also emphasizes local partnerships by serving locally roasted coffee and handcrafted snacks, further strengthening its ties to the surrounding community.

As part of Lucky Lab’s broader coffee concept, Third Coast Coffee serves as the roaster behind its offerings. Known for sourcing Fair Trade, Organic, and Transitional coffees grown using organic practices while a farm is in the process of obtaining organic certification, the roaster works directly with small farmer cooperatives, supporting ethical and transparent supply chains.

The coffee shop has built a loyal following among University of Texas students and Austin locals and has expanded to five locations across the area. The new location adds another step in the company’s gradual expansion across the Austin area as it continues to establish itself outside its original campus-adjacent footprint.
