Radio Coffee & Beer, the popular Austin bar and eatery, will soon be opening a second location, according to recent reporting in The Austin American Statesman. The establishment will be located at  3504 Montopolis Dr in south Austin, near Casa Vallarta and CJ’s Tacos.

“The new location will offer cocktails, craft beer, wine and coffee, just like the original Menchaca Road location of Radio Coffee & Beer in South Austin,” the Statesman reports.

“The coffee program is expanding to include single-origin espresso options along with their classic Bluegrass Blend, from their own RCB Roasters, and there will be eight craft draft beer taps and four specialty rotating cocktails on tap. The larger space also means more service options, including two windows that open to the bar’s backyard.”

A notable difference between the Menchaca and the new Montopolis Drive spot will be an increased amount of live music acts, including the hosting of national acts, given the upcoming location’s more ample size.
