San Marcos Chick Fil A Plans Million Dollar Renovation

Aquarena Springs’s Chick Fil A, located at 1433 N Interstate 35 in San Marcos, will begin a pricey and robust improvement project between July and September, according to recent public records.

The project, which will cost around $1,000,000, will at the very least consist of revamping the location’s drive thru system: “Drive-thru modification, parking lot reconfiguration, curb cuts, landscape enhancements and striping. Refuse relocation with storage area and additional parking provided.” Construction is expected to span a total of 63,869 SF.

The total square footage of the project will be around 20 square feet. The restaurant is run by operator Jon Sprencel.

Founded in Hapeville, Georgie by Truett Cathy in 1946, Chick-Fil-A has since become one of the most notable Buda Chick-fil-A to Upgrade Facilityand ubiquitous fast casual restaurants in the United States. Chick-fil-A is especially known for its chicken sandwiches, chicken tenders, hospitable staff, and being consistently, unequivocally closed on Sundays.
