The Lowcountry’s favorite tap coffee cart is planning its first brick-and-mortar café.

Pourly Grounded will soon serve its signature sweets and coffee beverages at 1419 Main St in Bonneau, according to a recent Facebook update from the business.

“We’ll have early hours, a takeout window, on-line ordering, live music, free Wi-Fi, beautiful seating and an upgraded menu!” shared owner/local musician Christopher Rinken.

Ever since launching the Pourly Grounded coffee cart in 2019, Rinken has been caffeinating the Charleston community with the finest organic coffee from Charleston Coffee Roasters. He also serves sweet treats from local chocolatier and pâtissier Christophe Paume of Christophe Artisan.

Once the café opens, the coffee cart will still be available for special events. Rinken hopes to welcome guests to the new Pourly Grounded location in late October 2024.
