A new neighborhood pub is set to debut in Summerville this summer.

Seamus’ Irish Pub, owned by brothers Sean and Seamus Shevlino, will open at 139 Central Ave. in the former O’Lacy’s Pub space.

“Welcome to Seamus’ Irish Pub. Downtown Summerville’s new home for Guinness, local music and great memories. Sláinte,” an Instagram post read.

The 1,811 square-foot pub was sold through listingledge.com

The space will feature a 37-foot bar and a liquor display showcasing a curated selection of Irish spirits. A full kitchen will serve an array of Irish dishes and American comfort food classics, while an outdoor patio will provide additional seating.

Seamus’ Irish Pub plans to host live music Thursday through Saturday, show soccer matches and offer two regulation dartboards for guests.

The team is eager to welcome the community to the new neighborhood spot.

“We put a lot of love and consideration into this project and we cannot wait to share it with you,” the owners said in a post.

An official opening date has not yet been announced. Follow the pub on Instagram for the latest updates.
