New activity is happening at the clothing chain at the mall this year.
Those visiting Woodfield Mall have noticed a sign for Pacsun coming back to the mall this year. The California-based clothing store was known for their jeans and t-shirt options. When contacted, representatives from the company could not confirm an opening date.
Signage for the Pacsun at Woodfield has been up since May, with the words “opening summer 2026. Pacsun was originally near the center of the mall on the third level, close to other concepts like Champs Sports and Garage. The chain also operates in Skokie and Lombard.
Pacsun is dedicated to delivering an exclusive collection of the most relevant brands and styles to a community of inspired youth,” says the description on Woodfield Mall’s website.
At the location, Pacsun sold men and women’s clothing options like tops, activewear, pants, shoes and accessories including jewelry and hats. Swimwear and kids options are also available at locations. The full list of items on sale is available online.
As of now, the Woodfield Mall location is still listed as closed through a Google search. What Now Chicago has reached out to representatives from Pacsun regarding the potential opening and is awaiting comment.
