An entertainment venue is set to open in Denver’s Commerce City.
Third Round Social will debut this summer at the southwest corner of E. 104th Ave. and Tower Rd., according to a press release.
The new spot will be owned by Vinay Patidar and will feature interactive darts and shuffleboard, along with golf and multi-sport simulators powered by Full Swing Golf. Patidar also operates a similar concept, Over Flyte, in the Central Park neighborhood.

“Community is at the heart of everything we’re building. Our vision is to create a true neighborhood gathering place—somewhere that feels just as natural for a quick coffee or casual meeting as it does for a night out,” Patidar said in a statement.
Third Round Social will showcase a curated menu led by Chef Luke Ostrowski, centered on shareable plates, flatbreads and sandwiches, along with coffee from Panda Coffee House and desserts from Little Man Ice Cream.
Commerce City’s chief economic growth officer shares in the enthusiasm.
“This project is incredibly exciting for us here in Commerce City, as our residents have consistently expressed their desire for more sit-down restaurants and entertainment options. We are committed to delivering this kind of crowd-pleasing commercial development, and we can’t wait to welcome Third Round Social to our community,” Garrett Anderson said in a statement.
An official opening date has not yet been announced; however, visit the website and follow along on Facebook for the latest updates.
