Get ready for lots of made-to-order, healthy choices, Magnolia:  Salad and Go is almost ready to open its newest store at 13345 FM 1488.

The one-of-a-kind restaurant concept is on a mission to make fresh, nutritious food convenient and affordable to everyone. Kick-start the day with breakfast burritos, bowls, and coffee, or reach for salads and wraps with protein that are available under $8.

“It’s what people want – affordability and healthy food,” said Charlie Morrison, CEO of Salad and Go in a statement.

Salad and Go offers nutritious, convenient food that tastes great and makes you feel good without limitations. The menu is guided by a food ethos from Michelin-star trained Chef Daniel Patino, who has brought the high standards of fine dining to a quick-service model. Without artificial additives, stabilizers or preservatives, the Salad and Go menu features cleaner ingredients that make for delicious and satisfying meals every time.

For fall-inspired menu highlights, look no farther than The Beet Goes On Superfood Salad, which features roasted beets, quinoa, candied pecans, feta, carrots and a choice of protein on a bed of romaine with a raspberry vinaigrette. Or reach for the Spiced Cranberry Lemonade, with a hint of cinnamon in every sip.

The store will host a hiring event onsite in Magnolia from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Oct. 24. Team member pay starts at $15 an hour and shift leads start at $16.75 an hour.

Salad and Go, which operates more than 60 stores across Texas, is proud to give back to the communities it calls home. Ahead of the store’s scheduled opening on Nov. 20, Salad and Go will donate hundreds of fresh salads created during team member training in partnership with local nonprofits.
